1. Use of Service

You may use PressWatch to monitor publicly available company information for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse or interfere with the operation of the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

3. Pro Plans & Billing

Paid Pro plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. We may adjust pricing with advance notice.

4. Data & Content

All monitored content (press releases, RSS feeds, etc.) remains the property of its original publisher. PressWatch only automates public access and does not claim ownership of that content.

5. Availability

While we strive for 99% uptime, PressWatch may experience brief outages due to maintenance or third-party issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Limitation of Liability

PressWatch is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profits, data, or opportunity resulting from use of the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or cause harm to the service or other users.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
